Restore is seeking a part-time Security Guard. This is an unarmed position responsible for maintaining site security, protecting company assets, and ensuring a safe and compliant environment for patients and staff. The Security Guard plays a critical role in monitoring access controls, conducting surveillance, and supporting daily operations. This position reports directly to the Assistant Dispensary Store Manager (ADSM) and Store Manager. Candidates must be available to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including opening, mid‑day, and closing shifts, based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain site security protocols in accordance with company policy and state regulations
  • Monitor restricted access areas and verify credentials upon entry
  • Conduct routine interior and exterior perimeter inspections
  • Supervise CCTV systems and monitor live surveillance feeds
  • Support product deliveries and ensure secure transfer of inventory
  • Maintain strict access control and visitor logs
  • De‑escalate tense or potentially risky situations using professional conflict‑resolution techniques
  • Protect company assets, patients, and team members
  • Coordinate with management regarding security concerns or incidents
  • Complete required incident documentation accurately and promptly
  • Maintain a visible, professional presence at the storefront

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in security, loss prevention, or related protective services role
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations
  • Experience with CCTV systems or surveillance monitoring preferred
  • Strong communication and de‑escalation skills
  • Ability to follow structured protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including opening and closing
