Restless: The AI Marketing Company is transforming how brands understand audiences, craft messages and scale their business. Restless is dedicated to helping businesses harness that power. Founded in 2026, we have built this agency with AI at our core, creating a new model for creative intelligence to transform our clients' businesses.
Antenna, our own platform, maps your audience across the internet, reading contextual and conversational signals alongside creative performance data. It builds rich, evidence-backed profiles of your current and future customers.
We are a senior team of social and performance experts, backed by our own proprietary software, with one focus: growing our clients' business faster than the competition.
Role: Performance Manager
We're looking for a Performance Manager to own day-to-day delivery and optimisation of paid media and CRM campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo and Mailchimp for a portfolio of ambitious clients. This is a client-facing role—you'll be the trusted contact who turns platform and CRM data into commercial insight. You'll also be an early adopter of our in-house AI product suite, working with the product and road testing features to shape the tools our clients use every day.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), Meta and TikTok Ads with modern best practices.
- Build, launch and optimise email marketing programmes in Klaviyo and Mailchimp—including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and browse abandonment flows.
- Write and edit newsletter and campaign copy that reflects each client's brand voice, with strong subject lines, preview text and CTAs that drive open, click and conversion rates.
- Manage monthly 5-6 figure client budgets with performance targets.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on creative, audiences, bidding, landing pages, subject lines and email content.
- Monitor pacing, delivery and KPIs daily across paid and CRM channels; proactively surface risks and opportunities.
- Have strong tracking knowledge (pixel based, CAPI, Google Analytics, Klaviyo/Mailchimp tracking and list health).
- Build segmentation strategies that connect paid acquisition with CRM retention—mapping audiences cross funnel from impression to purchase.
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, leading weekly calls and contributing to QBRs and strategy sessions.
- Translate complex data and AI-driven insights into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate across creative, strategy and data teams to align campaigns with broader goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years' hands-on paid media experience, ideally at an independent or specialist performance agency.
- Skilled proficiency across Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager, and ideally TikTok.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp—building flows, managing segments, designing templates and writing email copy.
- Strong analytical skills with GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent reporting and attribution tools.
- Confident client-facing communicator who can present, challenge and build rapport at all levels.
- Commercial awareness—you understand how paid media and CRM tie to P&L, LTV and wider business metrics.
- Experience managing monthly budgets of £50k+ across multiple accounts.
- Strategic Thinking: You don't just suggest an optimisation because it's popular. You suggest it because it fits the brand and will drive a result.
- Confidence: Communicate your ideas clearly to clients and the internal team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI campaign tools, automation platforms or scripting (Python, Apps Script).
- Exposure to creative strategy—briefing designers, writing ad copy, iterating on UGC and short-form video.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
