We’re looking for an enthusiastic Regional Trainer to deliver high-quality, engaging and innovative training across our care home group in the West Midlands. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our staff have the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to provide outstanding care to our residents. If you’re a confident communicator who loves inspiring others and bringing training to life, this could be the perfect role for you!
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Delivering a wide range of training, including:
- Health & Social Care Induction
- Moving & Handling
- First Aid
- Basic Life Support
- Mandatory & refresher training
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the region
- PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience delivering training, coaching, and mentoring in a healthcare environment
- Strong IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience creating training sessions, materials, and resources
- Good knowledge of care home regulations and best practice
DESIRABLE
- Moving & Handling Instructor & First Aid Trainer (or willingness to qualify)
- Willingness to train in additional subject areas as required
Work Location: On the road (West Midlands)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £16.00 per hour plus fuel allowance
