Pay - £12.25 per hour (£28,665 per year based on a 45 hour week) plus up to £7,500 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last year's earnings), giving total potential earnings of £36,165 per year. Flexible shifts with part and full-time options.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team at our lovely St Petrocs Bistro restaurant in Padstow. Our Story:
Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.

St Petroc’s Bistro was the second of Rick Stein and Jill Stein’s restaurants opened in 1988. Our Bistro has grown over the years specialising in bistro food from Britain, France, Spain and Italy. In 2016 Ruby’s Bar was opened next door to St Petroc’s Bistro, our front of house team enjoy looking after guests at both St Petroc’s Bistro and Ruby’s Bar.
