Upham Inns is recruiting a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and management across our premium pubs in Southern England. You will work within defined menus, train junior chefs and manage rosters to deliver high-quality, well-presented dishes.
The role requires at least 1 year as a Sous or junior Sous chef, excellent culinary and presentation skills, and strong leadership with a focus on training and development.
