The successful candidate will be a hands‑on member of the management team, helping to ensure that service runs smoothly and that our guests receive consistently excellent service. Responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Running restaurant services and taking responsibility for the team when on duty
- Leading, motivating and supporting front‑of‑house staff
- Welcoming guests and maintaining a high level of service throughout their visit
- Dealing confidently with guest queries and complaints
- Supporting staff training and development
- Assisting with rotas, opening and closing procedures and cashing up
- Helping to manage stock, ordering and wastage
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Supporting the owner and management team with the ongoing development of the business
- Taking full responsibility for the restaurant when the senior management team is not present
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor and leading by example.
