We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly and service-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting our restaurant, bar and events operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
- Deliver food and drink service across restaurant, bar and events.
- Ensure tables are set and service areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Support the team during busy periods, working efficiently and positively.
- Assist with bar service when required.
- Handle guest enquiries and requests with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all front-of-house areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
- A positive, friendly and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
