Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will oversee a team of like-minded individuals whilst being committed to leading by example, motivating others, and providing exemplary service to our guests. You’ll have experience motivating a hospitality team, be highly conscientious and be ready to hit the ground running. This is a full-time position (45 hours per week). You will have full availability to work a range of shifts on a rota basis including weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience at Assistant Manager / Supervisor level within a similar environment.
- A passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage with strong product knowledge.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
