We are currently seeking confident, motivated and service-driven individuals to join our teams as Restaurant Supervisor at The Falmouth Hotel.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and professional service.
- Lead and motivate the team during service, setting the standard through example.
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest care.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery confidently and professionally.
- Support the training and development of team members to promote consistency and quality.
- Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure effective communication and seamless service.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and cash handling procedures where required.
- Support private dining and event service when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive manner.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
