We are searching for a reliable, personable and outgoing candidate to join our Bar Team!
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
- Prepare and serve drinks to specification, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Deliver excellent customer service, responding confidently to guest requests and queries.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation behind the bar and in service areas.
- Support the wider food and beverage team during busy periods.
- Assist with stock replenishment and bar organisation.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
- Previous bar or hospitality experience essential.
- A friendly, positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
