Recently acquired by the Ellis family, Northcote is set to undergo an ambitious expansion in 2026. These plans include a brand new restaurant, extended private dining suites, full refurbishment, and a new spa. As Head Waiter, you’ll be a key player in this journey, helping us elevate the guest experience as we grow.
The Role
- Leading and mentoring our service team
- Maintaining our high standards of service and presentation
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Managing reservations and guest queries efficiently
- Working closely with the management team to improve operations
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar leadership role
