Chef Tom Sellers’s two Michelin starred Restaurant Story is looking for a Sommelier. A fantastic opportunity to work with an incredible wine list and an equally talented team, you will be responsible for delivering a thoughtful and engaging wine and beverage experience to all our guests in a friendly, creative and inspiring restaurant environment.

Sommelier Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sommelier within a high-end restaurant, preferably Michelin or 3 Rosette + level
- WSET or equivalent Sommelier qualification preferred
- You will be hugely passionate about food, beverage and service
- Professional and confident communication style with fluent English language ability
- Willingness to learn and be a massive team player, sharing your wine and beverage knowledge with the rest of the team
- Warm, friendly and humble personality
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with impeccable attention to detail
- The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and growing restaurant group
