Chef Tom Sellers’s two Michelin starred Restaurant Story is looking for a Sommelier. A fantastic opportunity to work with an incredible wine list and an equally talented team, you will be responsible for delivering a thoughtful and engaging wine and beverage experience to all our guests in a friendly, creative and inspiring restaurant environment.

Previous experience as a Sommelier within a high-end restaurant, preferably Michelin or 3 Rosette + level. You will be hugely passionate about food, beverage and service. Professional and confident communication style with fluent English language ability. Willingness to learn and be a massive team player, sharing your wine and beverage knowledge with the rest of the team. Warm, friendly and humble personality. Enthusiastic and proactive, with impeccable attention to detail. The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and growing restaurant group.
