We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Tender to join our team.

Key responsibilities of the Bar Tender will include:

  • Warmly welcoming guests ensuring that your voice, manner and behaviour portrays a warm, welcoming and friendly demeanour at all times.
  • Provide prompt and professional Food & Beverage Service at all times.
  • Be familiar with Service Standards, monitoring adherence to these and ensuring staff are trained as required and aware of these standards.
  • Support the team in a hands on approach in setting up & clearing tables.
  • To ensure that bar service areas are maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness and hygiene, and the cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate for the Bartender position should:

  • Have previous/current experience within a similar role, working behind a bar.
  • Have a strong foundation on the "art of mixology" and classic cocktails.
  • Have a good product knowledge in all aspects of beverage (i.e. wines, spirits, beer, etc).
  • Have previous experience as a barista.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have a friendly, bubbly, flexible attitude and have an infectious drive to be creative.
  • Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.

Salary and Contract

This position is offered on a permanent, full time contract, working 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Salary dependent on age of successful applicant.

In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
