We are recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to support our Aintree branch, playing a key role in delivering high-quality care and supporting our care teams.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Represent Yes Care Services as the first staff member to visit new Service Users, conducting full assessments of tasks and risks.
- Care Planning: Develop detailed, person-centered care plans to meet individual needs.
- Team Support: Work closely with the office Care Coordinator to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Carry out spot checks, observations, and staff mentoring to uphold the highest care standards.
- Emergency Cover: Provide hands‑on care when required, covering for emergencies, short‑term needs, and staff absences.
- On‑Call Support: Participate in our out‑of‑hours rota (1 in 4 weekends & 1 night per weekday).

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the care sector (supervisory experience preferred).
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle at all times.

- Strong leadership, communication & problem‑solving skills.
