The role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at The Nici in Lymington. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and thrives in a busy bar environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Bar Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the bar
- Lead and motivate the bar team during service
- Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory
- Help train and develop team members
- Ensure excellent guest experiences at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar supervisory or management experience
