We are seeking a skilled and motivated sous chef to join our staff dining team based in Canary Wharf.
Role Details
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Start between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM, finish between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM
- Rate: £20.11 per hour
- Overtime: Paid at standard hourly rate
- Location: Canary Wharf staff dining facility
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for staff dining
- Managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Assisting with stock control and menu planning
