We're seeking an organised, personable and proactive Hospitality Assistant Manager to support the smooth running of our hospitality and fine dining service in London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong attention to service detail, and delivers a consistently positive experience for clients and guests.
What you'll do:
- Support the daily operation of hospitality and fine dining services, ensuring high standards at all times.
- Work closely with the management team to maintain efficient workflows and service excellence.
- Leading, developing, and motivating a passionate team, including rota planning, recruitment and training.
- Assist with financial duties such as stock control, ordering and basic cost monitoring.
