Senior Sous Chef – Canary Wharf

Monday-Friday | 40 hrs | Overtime Paid

We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Sous Chef for a high-volume, premium food operation in Canary Wharf.

• Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, with 1-2 occasional evening shifts (paid overtime)
• Team: 10 chefs + 4 KPs
• Average 300 covers per day

Service includes:

• Breakfast, lunch & dinner, private dining (2 rooms daily), buffets (50-60 covers), finger food for up to 200 guests, family-style buffets and fine dining.

Requirements

• Strong fine dining experience in high-volume kitchens
• Confident leading teams and delivering consistent quality under pressure
