We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a well-established, weekday-only catering operation located near Victoria Station. What You'll Do:

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Oversee a section of the kitchen and ensure smooth service

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials
