We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across two busy coffee bars within a professional contract catering environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a strong barista who enjoys leading a team, delivering high service standards, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll be doing as a Coffee Bar Supervisor:
- Delivering hands-on barista service as part of your day-to-day role
- Supervising two coffee bars and leading a team of three baristas
- Maintaining high retail standards, including upselling, merchandising, stock control, and storage
- Supporting the wider catering operation when required, including assisting during lunch service
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing positive changes
What you’ll need to succeed as a Coffee Bar Supervisor:
- Strong barista experience, ideally with supervisory or team-lead responsibilities
- A creative and positive individual with a genuine desire to grow and progress within the business
- Proactive and open-minded, confident in bringing forward ideas
- Strong focus on customer experience, presentation, and standards
- A great personality fit, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
