We're looking for an ambitious Head Chef in Reigate to take the reins of a fantastic food operation, with a salary of up to £45,000 for the right person.
This is a role where you can stay hands-on with the food while stepping up your game commercially. You'll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table, develop your team, work closely with the client and make a real impact on the operation.
What you'll be doing as a Head Chef:
Lead, inspire and develop a great kitchen team.
Create fresh, exciting food that people genuinely want to eat.
Take ownership of the kitchen operation and keep standards sky-high.
Build a brilliant relationship with the client.
Keep on top of costs, stock, GP and budgets.
Find creative ways to grow sales and improve the food offer.
Develop your people and create a team that loves what they do.
Be the face of the food operation and make the site your own.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality and service.
Who are we looking for?
B+I or contract catering experience is essential
Passionate about food and commercially switched-on.
