We’re seeking an organised, personable and proactive Hospitality Manager to support the smooth running of our hospitality and fine dining service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong attention to service detail, and delivers a consistently positive experience for clients and guests.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the daily operation of hospitality and fine dining services, ensuring high standards at all times.
  • Work closely with the management team to maintain efficient workflows and service excellence.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a passionate team, including rota planning, recruitment and training.
  • Assist with financial duties such as stock control, ordering and basic cost monitoring.
  • Help drive engagement initiatives and contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
  • Build and maintain professional, friendly relationships with clients and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance, safety and operational procedures are consistently upheld.

  • Experience in hospitality supervision or a similar customer-focused role, ideally with a contract catering or restaurant background.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
