We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused People Operations Manager, on a 12 month FTC, to join an exciting team in a recognised London based site!

This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with operational leaders across London, Italy, Spain and Portugal, delivering strategic and operational HR support that drives business performance and creates an outstanding employee experience.

Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide expert advice across the full employee lifecycle while championing engagement, talent development, employee relations and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Operations and operational leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support.
  • Manage onboarding, inductions and support an exceptional new starter experience.
  • Support talent development through performance management, succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Coach and advise managers on employee relations matters, HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Support investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Partner with leaders on organisational change, workforce planning and site mobilisations.
  • Support annual performance, salary review and reward processes.
  • Produce and analyse people metrics, payroll reporting and workforce data to support business decisions.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions to influence positive people outcomes.

About You

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner or HR Manager role.
  • Experience working within a multi-site hospitality, catering or service-led environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation.
  • Confident influencing, coaching and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
