We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator to join us and take the lead in creating brilliant training experiences at our brand‐new Learning Loft.

This role is perfect for someone starting or growing in L&D. You will work independently, take full ownership of the space, and bring fun, fresh ideas to life.

What you will be doing as Learning & Development Coordinator:

  • Own the day-to-day running of the Learning Loft, ensuring training rooms, meeting spaces and shared areas are clean, organised and guest‐ready.
  • Welcome guests, trainers and new starters, delivering engaging Loft inductions and first‐class experiences.
  • Support the delivery of training, guest experience sessions and ad‐hoc learning events.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, L&D, HR and business stakeholders to keep learning programmes on track.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers, raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Support learning engagement activities and events, ensuring every detail is thought through.

What you will need to succeed as a Learning & Development Coordinator:

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Office Coordination or Operations.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Naturally people‐focused, proactive and service‐driven.
  • Confident building relationships and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
