We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator to join us and take the lead in creating brilliant training experiences at our brandānew Learning Loft.
This role is perfect for someone starting or growing in L&D. What you will be doing as Learning & Development Coordinator:
- Own the day-to-day running of the Learning Loft, ensuring training rooms, meeting spaces and shared areas are clean, organised and guestāready.
- Welcome guests, trainers and new starters, delivering engaging Loft inductions and firstāclass experiences.
- Support the delivery of training, guest experience sessions and adāhoc learning events.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, L&D, HR and business stakeholders to keep learning programmes on track.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers, raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Support learning engagement activities and events, ensuring every detail is thought through.
What you will need to succeed as a Learning & Development Coordinator:
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Office Coordination or Operations.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
