We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. As a Hospitality Assistant (Zero Hours), you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver high-quality hospitality service to designated meeting rooms, boardrooms, and client areas.
  • Set up rooms for meetings and events, including food, beverages, tableware, and equipment in line with service standards.
  • Provide timely delivery and replenishment of food and drinks during meetings and events.
  • Ensure presentation standards are consistently met, with attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Clear and clean meeting rooms promptly after use, ensuring spaces are reset and ready for future bookings.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
  • Engage professionally with clients, responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times.
  • Support with stock control, replenishment, and reporting of shortages or issues.
  • Work collaboratively with catering, kitchen, and on-site teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Adhere to service schedules and respond flexibly to changing client requirements.

  • Have previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service (contract catering experience desirable).
