Hospitality and Events Catering Supervisor in London

Hospitality Supervisor - London Hospitality Supervisor Restaurant Associates is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and hands-on Hospitality Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis at one of our London operations in Canary Wharf. Working closely with the management team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of restaurant service and workplace hospitality. You'll lead from the front, support your team during busy periods and make sure every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience. This is a full-time, varied and hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. From setting up for service and coordinating events to supporting your team on the floor, you'll be at the heart of the operation, helping everything run smoothly from start to finish. Leading and supporting the front-of-house team, motivating colleagues to deliver outstanding service Coordinating daily hospitality and event services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally Maintaining high standards of service, presentation and guest experience Supporting training, rotas and team communication to help create a positive working environment Working closely with management to resolve issues and keep the operation running efficiently Ensuring health, safety and hygiene procedures are consistently followed You'll have previous supervisory experience within hospitality, contract catering, restaurants or events. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for hospitality, a positive approach and a willingness to get involved.
