Are you a commercially minded Finance Manager looking for a role where you can genuinely influence business performance?
We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance Manager to join one of our flagship workplace hospitality contracts.
This is a highly visible business partnering role where you'll work alongside operational leaders, using financial insight to drive commercial decisions, improve performance and support a dynamic, customer-focused operation.
You'll enjoy turning data into action, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
- What you'll be doing
- Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial financial insight and challenge.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly management reporting.
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, labour, stock and costs.
- Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance.
- Support business improvement projects, change initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with finance and operational teams, helping drive a culture of continuous improvement.
About you
You'll be a commercially focused accountant with excellent analytical skills and a passion for business partnering.
You'll have
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Experience partnering with operational or non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial reporting tools.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within hospitality, catering, retail, facilities management or another customer-focused operational business would be advantageous.
