We’re recruiting experienced Trackside Hospitality Managers and Hosts to join our team full-time for the remainder of the Formula 1 calendar. This is a fully committed, trackside role for professionals based in the UK who are ready to travel globally and deliver exceptional guest experiences at world-class events.

Location: UK-Based / International Travel (Remaining 2026 F1 Calendar)

Contract Type: Full-Time (Season Commitment Required)

Roles We’re Hiring For:

  • Trackside Hospitality Manager
  • Trackside Hosts

Key Responsibilities:

Trackside Hospitality Manager:

  • Lead and oversee full-time trackside hospitality operations
  • Manage teams to deliver seamless, high-end guest experiences
  • Coordinate service flow, staffing, and logistics in a live-event environment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Trackside Hosts:

  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house guest service
  • Welcome and engage VIP guests in a professional and personable manner
  • Support the smooth running of hospitality areas and guest experiences
  • Maintain presentation standards in line with premium brand expectations

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, events, or VIP guest services
  • Strong leadership skills (for Manager roles)
  • Confident, professional, and guest-focused approach
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, live-event setting

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be currently based in the UK
  • Must be willing and able to travel globally for the full duration of the F1 calendar
  • Commitment to the season
  • Fluent Italian (spoken) - mandatory
  • Additional languages are a plus!
