About the Role
At Rocket Food, our tastings are at the heart of what we do, and we're looking for a Creative & Tastings Supervisor to join our busy, fast‑paced creative department.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional tastings, beautifully presented canap trays and food stalls, while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the department.
We're looking for someone who can confidently work independently, while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
Attention to detail, presentation and taking ownership are all hugely important in this role.
No two days are ever the same, so being calm under pressure and adaptable is essential.
The role does require some flexibility during busy event periods, including occasional evening work to support tastings and event set ups.
Overtime is paid for weekend work, with time off in lieu offered during quieter periods, alongside a great Christmas break each year.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all client tastings to the highest standard.
- Organise prep, packing and presentation for tastings and events.
- Support the creation and presentation of canap trays and food stalls.
- Manage the DC warehouse and ensure everything is organised and event‑ready.
- Work closely with creative, warehouse and events teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Take responsibility for tastings from start to finish.
- Support onsite event set‑ups when required.
- Help maintain the creativity, quality and presentation standards.
