As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience. From preparing beautifully crafted coffees to recommending products and getting to know our regular customers, you'll help make every visit a great one. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, speciality beverages and food to consistently high standards. Use your knowledge and enthusiasm to confidently recommend coffees, food and seasonal products. Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety. Keep the coffee bar fully stocked, organised and ready for service. Operate coffee and other equipment safely and correctly. Support stock rotation, deliveries and waste management. Follow all food safety, health & safety, cash handling and company procedures. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in making people feel welcome. Previous experience in barista, caf , hospitality, retail or customer service. A genuine passion for coffee, food and great hospitality. Basic food hygiene knowledge, or a willingness to complete the necessary training. Speciality coffee experience is desirable, but it's not essential. You care about the quality of every coffee you serve. You're happy to jump in and help your team when things get busy, and you're always looking for ways to make a customer's day that little bit better.
