We are looking for an exceptional Account Director to transform our catering operation and set new standards of excellence ahead of our new building launch in 2027! This is a rare chance to leave your mark on a flagship account. You will take complete ownership of our catering service at a leading law firm, with the autonomy and backing to make bold decisions that matter. With a new state‐of‐the‐art building on the horizon, we need someone who can build the foundation for excellence now and create a service that matches our client's ambitions.

What You'll Do

  • Transform the food offer into something genuinely special - you will know great food when you see it and won’t settle for less!
  • Hold your team accountable through robust performance management, setting clear expectations and following through.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders in the firm, understanding their business and becoming a trusted partner.
  • Lead the strategic planning for our new building launch, positioning us as the hospitality partner of choice.
  • Drive commercial performance with a focus on P&L, identifying opportunities to improve margins whilst elevating quality.
