Are you a dynamic and experienced Hospitality & Events Manager looking to elevate your career? We are seeking a talented professional to join our team at Canary Wharf, offering an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service and manage events within a prestigious corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of hospitality services and events, including buffets, fine dining dinners, canapé receptions, and corporate gatherings.
  • Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a team to ensure top-tier service at all times.
  • Manage staffing levels to meet operational needs while maintaining budgetary control.
  • Ensure all event spaces and hospitality areas meet Health and Safety standards and are well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their event needs are met and exceed expectations.
  • Assist in achieving financial targets, preparing business forecasts, and managing event budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
