Hospitality Chef De Partie – London Hospitality Chef de Partie (Hot & Cold Section) Location: London Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, flexibility required) Pay: 15.44 per hour + overtime paid at standard rate Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of cold breakfast items and high-quality cold sandwiches daily. Deliver a variety of menu items, including mini dessert pots , sweet snacks , fruit bowls , cheese boards , and bespoke requests for diverse dietary needs. Support lunch service in the cold section when required. Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and adheres to health & safety standards . Work independently and guide agency staff to assist in the section if needed. What We\’re Looking For: Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
