We're currently recruiting a dedicated Helpdesk Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. The Helpdesk Operator is the first point of contact for all facilities-related queries across the organisation. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing requests via phone, email, and internal systems, and ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently in line with service level agreements.
