Head Chef - Uxbridge

Salary: £43,270

Restaurant Associates are recruiting for a Head Chef to lead a brand‑new food operation in Uxbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly opened site with a modern kitchen, overseeing a team delivering both staff dining and hospitality services.

Working closely with the wider business, you'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional food standards, driving kitchen performance and creating a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the kitchen
  • Deliver high‑quality food across staff dining and hospitality events
  • Manage food safety, health & safety and compliance standards
  • Control stock, ordering and food costs
  • Train, develop and motivate the kitchen team
  • Ensure consistency, quality and presentation in all food produced
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders on site

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef within a quality food‑led environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Passion for fresh food and delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Good financial awareness, including stock and cost control
  • Organised, proactive and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment
  • A positive attitude and commitment to developing both people and standards
