We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen in Bromley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional who values independence, consistency, and a genuine work‑life balance.

In this role, you will oversee the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. You will guide and support a small, dedicated team, maintaining a positive and professional working environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading by example, and has a calm, organised approach.

This is a full‑time position, offering a 40‑hour week with a fixed schedule of 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. There are no late nights, split shifts, or unpredictable hours — just a consistent routine that allows for a true work‑life balance.
