Working closely with our Culinary Director and operational teams, you’ll inspire chefs across multiple locations — combining creative vision with hands-on leadership to build a food culture that champions people, sustainability, and exceptional flavour.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the rollout of new dishes, seasonal menus, and food programmes across your area
- Inspiring and mentoring chefs, developing talent, and supporting succession planning
- Championing sustainability, nutrition and consistency without ever compromising flavour
- Collaborating with Ops Directors, GMs and suppliers to ensure food is both high quality and commercially smart
- Driving innovation by staying ahead of trends and bringing new ideas to the table
- Supporting kitchens to deliver value for money while reducing waste and improving GP
What we’re looking for in you:
- 3-5 years in a multi-site or senior chef leadership role
- A natural mentor and hands-on leader who thrives on developing others
- Confident working closely with operations, suppliers and clients
- Strong commercial awareness – you understand food costs, GP and labour planning
- Knowledgeable in food safety, nutrition, and kitchen compliance (HACCP, COSHH, etc)
- Organised, resilient, and excited to lead from the front every single day
