Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage the Team: Oversee a team of 8-10 staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the staff restaurant, hospitality spaces, and pantries. Inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations.
- Financial Management: Manage catering budgets in line with client goals and maintain financial targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for all catering requests, ensuring client satisfaction and proactively driving their vision for the catering department.
- Food & Drink Innovation: Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a passion for innovation in food and drink.
- Effective Communication & Prioritization: Adapt and solve challenges while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Delegation & Hands-on Leadership: Strong delegation skills with the ability to step in and lead by example when needed.
- ESG Focus: Drive sustainability and healthy eating initiatives while providing a balance of nutritious and indulgent offerings.
- Collaboration: Work across departments to ensure the success of catering operations and client satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in catering or hospitality management, preferably in a high-end environment.
