The Role:
Support the Sous Chef & Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Assist in the preparation and execution of fine dining menus
Ensure consistency and excellence in food presentation
Maintain high standards of food safety & hygiene
Train and mentor junior chefs
What We're Looking For:
? Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a fine dining or Michelin-level kitchen
? Strong passion for high-quality, seasonal ingredients
? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
? Excellent attention to detail and plating techniques
? Food safety and hygiene certification (Level 2 or above)
