We’re looking for a Digital Coordinator with energy, curiosity and bold ideas to take ownership of our Time2Eat digital platform across a flagship workplace dining programme. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, food and customer experience, where you’ll help shape how thousands of guests interact with our offer every day.
From self-service kiosks and click & collect to real-time menu content and digital activations, you’ll ensure every touchpoint is dynamic, engaging and future-focused. Working alongside culinary, marketing and operational teams, you’ll bring campaigns to life digitally, drive participation, and help push the boundaries of what great workplace hospitality looks like.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of the Time2Eat platform (kiosks, click & collect, POS and menu systems)
- Lead the digital execution of launches, seasonal menus and campaigns in partnership with operational, culinary and marketing teams
- Ensure all digital content is accurate, brand-aligned and visually engaging
- Act as the platform expert — coaching teams, solving problems and influencing improvements
- Monitor digital performance and guest feedback to identify opportunities and support new ideas
- Develop and maintain best practice guidance, training tools and SOPs to drive consistency and innovation
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience working with digital/EPOS platforms within hospitality, retail or foodservice
- Strong IT and system administration skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work cross-functionally across operational and support teams
- Knowledge of digital menu management, product coding and VAT (desirable)
