An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics Manager to join a flagship hospitality operation within one of London's most prestigious workplace environments.

Based in a beautifully refurbished corporate headquarters in Canary Wharf, this is a fast‑paced, high‑volume operation delivering premium hospitality across multiple dining spaces, cafés, events, meeting rooms and hospitality suites.

The environment is modern, digitally enabled and driven by exceptionally high standards of service, quality and operational excellence.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised leader who can oversee all back‑of‑house logistics operations, ensuring the seamless movement of stock, equipment and supplies across the site while maintaining outstanding standards of compliance, safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all inbound and outbound deliveries across the operation
  • Overseeing loading bays, storage areas, waste management and service corridors
  • Ensuring accurate goods receiving, stock movement and storage procedures
  • Maintaining excellent standards across dry, chilled, frozen and non‑food storage areas
  • Driving compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP and COSHH procedures
  • Leading and developing back‑of‑house teams including logistics operatives, porters and supervisors
  • Supporting hospitality, events and service delivery across multiple outlets
  • Improving operational efficiency, labour productivity and waste reduction initiatives
  • Building strong working relationships across culinary, hospitality and facilities teams

Qualifications

  • Experience within hospitality operations, logistics or back‑of‑house leadership
  • A proven ability to lead teams within fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, compliance and operational controls
  • Experience managing labour deployment and operational efficiency
  • A hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working with digital systems and operational technology
  • A calm and professional approach under pressure
