An exciting opportunity has become available for a Chef de Partie within the head office of a large, well-known media and entertainment organisation. This is a fast‑paced site offering a mix of staff dining and hospitality catering in a modern kitchen environment currently undergoing refurbishment. The kitchen provides around 200 covers daily, serving two main dishes plus specials across hot, cold, and salad bar sections. Hospitality is also a key focus, with buffets and working lunches taking place 2‑3 times per week.

What you'll be doing as Chef de Partie:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality hot, cold, and salad bar dishes
  • Producing two main dishes plus daily specials for around 200 covers
  • Supporting hospitality events including buffets and working lunches
  • Running your section confidently and independently
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene, presentation, and food standards
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie
  • Ideally a background within contract catering
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own section
  • Experience within staff dining and hospitality catering
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-focused approach
