We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Catering Manager to lead catering services for one of our prestigious clients. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional dining and event experiences, and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships. You will lead and develop a team, ensuring excellent customer service, high performance, and engagement. The role also includes full financial responsibility (P&L), budget management, reporting, and driving profitability. Key duties include overseeing catering orders, managing suppliers, ensuring compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards, and continuously improving service delivery through innovation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage budgets and performance effectively. You will be proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
