Restaurant Associates is looking for an experienced and driven Central Production Manager to lead our high-volume production kitchen. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and on-time delivery while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day production kitchen operations.
  • Manage production planning, stock control, and labour.
  • Ensure the highest food safety and HACCP standards.
