About The Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales and Events Office Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our sales and events office in Milton Keynes. This is a key role supporting sales activity, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales and events office, including workflows and administration
  • Supporting the sales team with proposals, contracts, and client communication
  • Coordinating events from enquiry through to delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records, schedules, and databases
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitoring budgets, invoices, and reporting where required
