We’re seeking a hands-on Pantry Supervisor to manage daily operations of coffee machines and vending services across a busy, multi-floor site. You’ll ensure machines are clean, stocked, and fully operational while maintaining high service standards.

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Pay: £17.44 per hour

Reports to: Pantry & Vending Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee coffee machines and vending across multiple locations
  • Manage cleaning, stock levels, and machine uptime
  • Log and elevate faults; carry out basic troubleshooting
  • Monitor performance using digital systems
  • Supervise a team of 6 operatives and coordinate daily tasks
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
  • Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders

About You

  • Experience in pantry, vending, coffee, or similar environment
  • Previous supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
  • Organised, proactive, and confident using digital tools
  • Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards
