About The Role
We’re looking for an organised, reliable, and customer‑focused On‑Site Food Service Coordinator to join Table to Table, RA Group's workplace dining concept delivering fresh, high‑quality meals daily. Based at a single client site, you’ll oversee a smooth and engaging lunch service for a growing team (projected up to 100 employees). This is a hands‑on, front‑facing role where you’ll act as the face of the service, creating a welcoming and professional experience for customers. You’ll work closely with central culinary and operations teams, with real ownership of your site and the opportunity to help shape and grow the service over time.
Main Purpose of the Role
To coordinate and deliver a seamless daily food service operation. With food prepared off‑site and delivered fresh each day, you’ll manage everything from setup to service and pack‑down, ensuring high standards of presentation, safety, and customer experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Service
- Receive and check daily food deliveries
- Set up and present a high‑quality buffet‑style lunch service
- Plate, replenish, and monitor food throughout service
- Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient customer experience
- Maintain service flow and handle any issues promptly
- Clear down and prepare for collection post‑service
- Support the rollout of additional services (e.g. breakfast, pantry, coffee, events)
- Assist with occasional extended hours for site events
- Health & Safety
- Take ownership of on‑site food safety and compliance
- Ensure correct storage, handling, and temperature control of food
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all company and statutory health & safety procedures
About You
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or food service
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable in a hands‑on, front‑facing role
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Flexible and adaptable as the service grows
