Chef de Partie - Norwich - £15ph+
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a corporate contract catering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional chef who enjoys working in a high-quality corporate environment and takes pride in delivering fresh, well-presented food to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh food to a consistently high standard
- Take responsibility for your designated section
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, hospitality and corporate events
- Maintain excellent food presentation and portion control
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional kitchen
- Work efficiently as part of a busy and friendly team
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within contract catering, hotels, restaurants or a similar environment
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organised and professional
- Able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy corporate environment
