What You’ll Do
- Lead the day‑to‑day operation of a large‑scale catering and hospitality contract.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Drive operational excellence across food, service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of managers and frontline colleagues.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, labour, margins, and food costs.
- Identify opportunities to improve service standards, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure all health, safety, food safety, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Analyse customer feedback and operational data to continuously improve performance.
- Support recruitment, succession planning, training, and colleague development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant senior management experience within hospitality, catering, or foodservice operations.
- Experience leading and motivating management teams to achieve commercial and operational targets.
- Multi‑site management experience, or responsibility for a large single operation with substantial turnover.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and profitability.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.
- A hands‑on leadership style with a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and operational best practice.
- Contract catering experience would be highly advantageous.
